High light of the plan is  that all local calls to BSNL cell customers are absolutely free .
Call charges to BSNL fixed line and to Cell/Fixed line of other operators are just 40 paise per minute.
STD calls to BSNL cell is 40 paise per minute whereas it is Rs.1.50 for STD calls to BSNL land line and for calls     to other operator network.
